Why Group Therapy?
Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who understand what you're going through. Hearing your experiences reflected in others can be powerful and often helps people feel less alone.
In these groups, we focus on emotional regulation, building self-trust, and navigating the tension that can arise between identity, relationships, family expectations, and personal growth.
Groups are intentionally kept small so everyone has space to speak, reflect, and be supported.
All groups are led by Noor Ibrahim, LICSW and held virtually.

Daughters of Immigrants Support Group
A small, supportive group for daughters of immigrants who want to be in community with others who understand their experience.
Together we’ll explore how to regulate emotions, set boundaries, and build self-trust when different parts of your life, family, or culture pull you in different directions.
Format: Virtual (open to anyone in the U.S.)
Dates: Tuesdays, April 21 - June 9
Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST
Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $40 per session ($320 total)
Spots: Limited to 10 participants
This group is a good fit if you:
Want to connect with others who share similar cultural experiences
Are looking for support, reflection, and community
Feel pulled between family expectations and your own needs
Want to process the emotions that come up in response to what’s happening in the world, and how it impacts you in your day-to-day life
Important Note
This is a psychoeducational support group, not therapy. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and this group is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment.
If you are currently experiencing significant distress or are looking for individualized clinical support, individual therapy may be a better fit.
